An offshore development centre was setup to align with the core team. An ODC provided stakeholders an opportunity to accelerate their product ideas and build faster. A competent development team lead by certified solution architects, UI/UX designer and project manager meant all the heavy lifting for SaaS development and cloud infrastructure setup was done by our team.

A scalable architecture was designed to allow the SaaS application to create ‘n’ number of business users. Core product features such as Job Allocation, Project management were overhauled with UX due diligence and heuristic analysis. A redesigned job allocation dashboard with Drag and Drop interface meant it was now more intuitive to use; thus increasing efficiency for personnel.

To maintain connectivity, mobility solution was developed to connect field personnel and staff in real time. Offline support was built in to provide business continuity regardless of network connectivity.

A proprietary algorithm was developed for generating quick quotes for waste sector. The unique feature gave the SaaS product an edge over their competitors.

An easy-to-use quote process generates very quick and accurate quotes for the business customers reducing the turn around time. Integration of payments solution made processing invoices and quotes paperless and hassle-free with multi-level user access.
