In the client challenge, V2STech Solutions saw an opportunity to get involved from ideation to operationalization of platform. In a month’s time, we setup a dedicated offshore delivery center with Education domain SME, UI/UX architect, solution architect, senior developers, designers and project manager. First MVP was ready in three months and first operational version in nine months. The design team delivered an interactive prototype along with mind maps to represent ideas, thoughts etc. enabled client to gather initial feedback from their clients and end users.
We delivered improved platform with 12 major and 50 minor releases in 48 months. Every release was on-time and within budget. At V2STech we understand the importance of Non Functional Requirement (NFR) hence scalability, security, interoperability, manageability etc. are well considered from day one and improved with releases.
We transformed this client’s development processes to V2STech methodology of Agile, specifically designed for product development.
