Unforeseen circumstances and travel restrictions had forced the trade, events and business conferences to switch to alternate service delivery channels in order to connect people and businesses.

WTC, Mumbai wanted a reliable technology transformation partner they could trust for delivering secure and robust digital solution swiftly.

Even with the virtual format WTC team was insistent on retaining the immersive experience to allow merchants to showcase their products and services. A proprietary virtual exhibition platform was created to provide a secure and highly scalable platform. Security and accessibility was a challenge for a platform targeting 1million visitors from 91+ countries.
Augmenting the core WTC team with a dedicated team via Flexi-model turned out to be the right choice. With a dedicated team of developers, solution architects and UI/UX specialists at their disposal; a fully functional MVP product could be designed and shipped within 3 months.

Brainstorming sessions and interactions with stakeholders provided valuable inputs to introduce unique features for the platform.
Spot Exhibitions were introduced as a product feature to make discoverability of vendors and sponsors easy. Open access to networking provided equal opportunities for exhibitors and participants to connect.
Simplified vendor / merchant onboarding by providing UX audit and UX consultation during Product Design. Our UX team identified market gap and included multi-lingual support in regional languages.
Our partnership continued further with product support for the live platform and feature enhancement.
