A proprietary virtual exhibition platform was created to provide a secure and highly scalable platform. Security and accessibility was a challenge for a platform targeting 1million visitors from 91+ countries.
Augmenting the core WTC team with a dedicated team via Flexi-model turned out to be the right choice. With a dedicated team of developers, solution architects and UI/UX specialists at their disposal; a fully functional MVP product could be designed and shipped within 3 months.

Brainstorming sessions and interactions with stakeholders provided valuable inputs to introduce unique features for the platform.
Spot Exhibitions were introduced as a product feature to make discoverability of vendors and sponsors easy. Open access to networking provided equal opportunities for exhibitors and participants to connect.
Simplified vendor / merchant onboarding by providing UX audit and UX consultation during Product Design. Our UX team identified market gap and included multi-lingual support in regional languages.
